He would need to want that. It just seems a weak bartering tool. 'If you don't accept 70m for one of your players, then we'll give you 25m for a player we don't want, take it or leave it'. Hard bluff to call.

addons
agents fee
salary for duration of supposed contract
any and all bonuses for duration
cost of kit
rent
council tax
mobile phone bill
TV licence
