You are correctSterling was not one bit worse than Foden or especially Mahrez or KDB. its the lack of good ideas to break up Chelsea defence that killed us.

French Farmers last season and Chelsea Pensioners this, jesus what a messtactics and messing with a winning formula were to blame, YET AGAIN
This. Its been a problem since Silva left and to some degree before it too.Not many chances were created tonight, that's the problem. No matter how many goals Chelsea scored, this is no excuse. City can normally creat many more chances no matter which the opponents are.
nah man you are clutching. The one when Sterling shot on goal and it hit an outstretched hand. Doesnt matter that it hit his body first, hand made body bigger, that is a penalty, as shown with the emre can one when that rule was explained.
Need to be moving Walker on, far to old, team in transition to younger players. Probably get a few bob off Sheffield Utd, better fit for them. The fight in Jesus when he came on, that is one thing i won't forget from tonight. Hope we keep him. Walker too.
Oh sorry, here's me thinking wee were challenging another team for an accolade.
Fuck me and others for being disappointed that we didn't rise to the occassions tonight.
I guess we should all just take every achievment in our stride, right?
Because that is how you progress!
I thought Jesus played better than Sterling and Mahrez tonight and he only played 30 minutes. He may not be the striker that we hoped he would be when we first signed him but he does improve our team more often than not. It's been a long time since we could say the same for Sterling.the lack of options up front killed us tonight simple ? aguero was finished long before tonight. sterling is not good enough at this level. jesus is even worst
this will be the lesson city and pep will learn from tonight get 2 top strikers and this city team win the champions league
best because we put him in and completely fucked up our attack. Clean through first 5 mins and his ‘control’ meant chance gone. Foden out there ans gundogan in his normal spot and we are so much more dangerous than when raheem plays.I agree with you tonight mate. He was the best out of all our attack tonight.
It was what provoked my initial reply to you. I didn’t read the rest of it.Is that all you could come up with lol.
Who picked them?We needed big performances from Sterling and Mahrez not the chuckle brothers playing hide and seek. Play acting at every coming together from Chelsea was embarrassing towards the end.
We need some balls in the middle and upfront, no personality in either position.This. Its been a problem since Silva left and to some degree before it too.
We need a play maker, a defensive midfielder in the Kante/Fern mould and a striker.
