Starting Sterling should not mean players cannot pass the ball like they normally do. The players were too nervous tonight and did not find their rhythm. This is not down to Pep making one change and it is not down to Raheem, it is the whole team. We did not play well and that happens sometimes. Gutted but we have had worst nights and I am sure this team will be back better next season. We have a great future to look forward to.

They were poor because it was so hard to break a defensive team down. The manager gives them the tools . It was far too loose and full of passing mistakes nd so many warnings were there. So . Let them possess. Retreat as in all our men inside our own half. Let Chelsea try to break us down for a change. Get to halftime 0-0.
Then we have a chance. Can be done on the training ground. If Tuchel can be negative then so can City. In a cup game it demands guile .

You could argue he was building his side but I agree.

Pep has given us magical moments but at times he complicates the simple things to a crazy level.

Without a doubt a flawed genius, as said I hope Khaldoon is not going to go easy on him.

To clarify for you this is not just about tonight’s game it’s about 5 years of failure against poorer teams. If he had played the team that got us there and played most of the season and we lost fair play, we didn’t turn up, Chelsea played well. But he didn’t he fucked about again.

That's our first ever CL final, in our history. One shot decided it all - had we won you'd not be here flapping about the lineup or pretending like winning the league isn't good enough.

Correct, we've won 3 out of 4 titles, but tonight in the champions league final was a shit show, he's done well in the league and upto tonight he's done well in this year's champions league.

Were we better in Paris in the first half? PSG could have been 2 up in the first 30 minutes. We didn't create more chances in Paris than today but got lucky with the goals.

The first half vs PSG at the Etihad wasn't great either. They hit the bar, Di Maria missed a great opportunity. Watch that half again. The difference with today was that Mahrez scored whereas Sterling and Foden missed today.

Why must Pep win a treble every other season? It's incredibly stupid to expect that, especially when he does wonders without strikers or with just one fit striker all season.

Imagine that the rags had Pep and were destroying the league...Some City fans are embarassing thrmselves and the club tonight with silly comments about the manager and the players forgetting they did generally very, very well this season.

Totally agree, there’s a reason Rodri is in top passes all season, our holding player is the glue for our playing out the back, that’s why today our defenders looked a little lost
