Quite possiblyThe only online form is to confirm renewal, even though most renewers are on direct debit and don't even need a form. Presumably they didn't want to make it easy to cancel or defer, and just ended up with a logjam on the phone lines as a result.
You should be able to do that by going into your account (assuming you haven't already renewed). That's what I did.that's what it was like for me and i couldn't wait all day not knowing where i was in the queue
all i want to do is inform them of a change of bank details for my direct debit
Given we have a former airline CEO in charge, I really don't understand why we don't adopt true dynamic pricing. You're paying for the privilege of being guaranteed a specific seat, at every home game (if you're on the cup schemes) and getting priority in access to other tickets (finals, away games) when you want. You should be paying a premium for that, not getting a discount. They can defer all they want, but I'll be really pissed off if the club sell PL match day tickets for less than S/T holders are paying for equivalent seats.
Is the obvious flaw in that plan that fans will wait until the last minute to buy a ticket to save money...then when it gets to the day of the game it is inevitably raining and cold then they think they won't bother.Given we have a former airline CEO in charge, I really don't understand why we don't adopt true dynamic pricing. If we're playing someone like Watford on a rearranged Wednesday night game, we should be pricing tickets lower and lower if we've got lots of unsold seats nearer the day of the game.
Yep, In reality though I'd say less than 1% are seasoncard holders. If Bluemoon was the barometer, we would be looking at a max of 10k crowds next season.
But a season ticket holder is also paying money up front with no guarantee of product quality.Given we have a former airline CEO in charge, I really don't understand why we don't adopt true dynamic pricing. Yes, subject to them not having to be taken away for stadium alterations of course. So has the Club absolutely stated that if you defer you keep your seats?
Do you trust them to keep their word on this? Probably the difference between us renewing or deferring.Yes, subject to them not having to be taken away for stadium alterations of course.
Yes. Their original communication was utterly ludicrous. It was pointed out to them that they should have communicated the rule (i.e. that you would keep your seat in the vast majority of, if not all, cases) rather than the exception. And even when that was pointed out to them, they still didn't seem to grasp the nub of the issue.Do you trust them to keep their word on this? Thanks mate. Appreciate your help.Yes. Their original communication was utterly ludicrous. IMPORTANT: PAYING BY DIRECT DEBIT
If you currently pay for your Seasoncard by Direct Debit and are happy to renew with no changes (including no changes to the Cup Scheme(s) that you were signed up to for the 2019/20 season) you don't need to do anything!
We will renew your 2021/22 Seasoncard for you, on or just after Thursday 17thJune, at which point you will receive a confirmation email from the Club.
If you would like to make any changes to your 2021/22 Seasoncard, for example; change between Gold and Platinum or change bank details, you must renew your Seasoncard manually (online or phone) no later than Wednesday 16th June.
If the only change you wish to make is in relation to Cup Schemes, simply let your Seasoncard auto-renew on or just after Thursday 17th June and add any Cup Schemes to your Seasoncard via your account after this date.
Two years ago 3 of 4 auto renewed 1 the wife’s didn’t only spotted it by accident!I lifted this from the OS as I took it to be good information to share on here, also it's applicable to my situation but I've now received emails from the club requesting I renew online before the 16th to guarantee my seats.
Anyone else in the same situation as confused as me?

I'm on DD and went on the website this morning to make sure I would be live, and went through the whole process, if it means 2 DD's come out for the first payment I'll sort it out then but, with the auto renewal email coming AFTER the window closes I decided to trust myself rather than the club & made sure I'm in.Two years ago 3 of 4 auto renewed 1 the wife’s didn’t only spotted it by accident!
They claimed the last two DD were paid in cash that’s why it didn’t auto renew!!!
UTTER BOLLOX!!! Got it sorted but caused a sleepless night thinking they could of sold it !!!
I was told on the phone today it wasn’t guaranteedSo has the Club absolutely stated that if you defer you keep your seats?
Most people at the club, I'd say.Anyone else as confused as me?
