hold on now, Uefa handed out punishments for all clubs involved except Barca, Real, Juve as they were going with a tougher plan against them which is now dropped.
so do they get same punishment as like top6 PL clubs, Atletico, Milan, Inter etc?
Have they dropped charges against the slimes 3? 5 year ban for the 3 amigos should have been about right

UEFA statement:

UEFA takes note of the decision taken today by the independent UEFA Appeals Body to temporarily suspend the disciplinary proceedings that had been opened against FC Barcelona, Juventus FC and Real Madrid CF for a potential violation of UEFA’s legal framework in connection with the so-called ‘Super League’ project.
UEFA notes that the decision to temporarily stay the proceedings has been taken by the UEFA Appeals Body following the formal notification made to UEFA by the Swiss competent authorities on 2 June 2021 of an ex-parte court order obtained on 20 April 2021 by the legal entity European Super League Company SL from the Madrid Commercial Court No. 17 (the “Court Order”). The decision of the independent UEFA Appeals Body has been taken without prejudice to the question about the enforceability of the Court Order in Switzerland. In reliance on the Court Order, the mentioned three clubs have sought to shield themselves from potential disciplinary consequences related to this so-called ‘Super League’ project.
UEFA understands why the disciplinary proceedings needed to be suspended for the time being, but remains confident in and will continue to defend its position in all the relevant jurisdictions.
The legitimacy of sports disciplinary procedures, with the right to appeal to the Court of Arbitration of Sport, has long been recognised as being essential to the uniform administration of justice in sport. The European Court of Human Rights, EU Courts and the Swiss Federal Tribunal have repeatedly ruled that disciplinary/arbitration rules are justified by legitimate interests linked to the specific nature of the sport. UEFA, therefore, acted in accordance with not only its Statutes and Regulations, but also with EU law, the European Convention on Human Rights and Swiss law in opening an independent investigation into the conduct of the clubs associated with this so-called ‘Super League’ project.
UEFA will take all necessary steps in strict accordance with national and EU law in order for the UEFA Appeals Body to be in a position to resume the disciplinary proceedings as soon as possible.

So they've gone to CAS which isn't a body they like following us 'getting off'.

I hope the panel have been made fully aware of teabags derisory comments.
I don’t think they’ve gone to CAS. There’s a court injunction preventing the disciplinary process proceeding, UEFA are waiting to see if this is enforceable.

That's how I read it - there's a legal filing in Spain which UEFA aren't sure yet on how it reads on Swiss law.

The only logical action at that point is to suspend disputed processes until there is a resolution.

So as things stand the clubs who actually pulled out have been fined and all and have agreed to new charter while the three who apparently are still IN it … all proceedings against them thats were going on (and sanctions were supposed to be bigger than what we and other clubs who have pulled out got) but all those “proceedings” have been “suspended” … so they potentially get nada, not even a slap on the wrist …

There you have it. Juve, Barca, and Real Madrid, break away from the CL and say they don't want to be part of it. These three clubs have the biggest debts of any other clubs in the world and long track records of financial corruption but they face no action or sanctions. They are allowed to take part in a competition for 2021/22 which they say they have already left!
Compare this to the way City were treated over a handful of stolen (and later altered) emails dating back eight years. Emails which were allegedly related to small financial breaches we had already been punished for once. What a bloody fiasco.

Suspended is the important word there.

Every club has to apply to play in the Chumps League, the corrupt 3 have done just that. All uefa need to do is tell them that whilst they remain part of the breakaway league they cannot play in the CL.
The truth is they are big names for TV and uefa need them....as you say corrupt as fuck
