Re watching the full game now and first half was pretty even, but as the second half progressed and into extra time england totally dominated the game and played really well. Kane was superb, sterling is englands best player of the tournament by a mile, maguire, stones, walker and shaw all very good.
Grealish and Foden linked up really well and shows what a superb impact players coming on can have. Be great seeing those two playing next season together.
Enjoy it, its coming home.
You can say anything you like about Southgate but the proof is in the pudding. He's Englands second greatest manager already. Is it?
I don't rate Southgate very highly as a manager,he clearly has some strengths, which are negated by his weaknesses, imo.
We all know he keeps his job whatever happens.
I'm guessing nearly everyone will be perfectly happy to carry on with his style of play and tactical nous come what may.
Win or lose Sunday.
Sterling was clipped from two players whilst running at speed and people think it wasn’t a penalty?
Goodness gracious me there’s a few dafties knocking about Bluemoon.

It really wasn’t.It was a clear penalty. Both contacts would have been enough for a penalty individually.
Some of you think it's still the 80's.

I wonder if Danish forums will be calling the Manager a fraud, a bottler, a yes man etc today.

I don't know, just putting it here because it's relevant.what does this charge mean ? We get penalised how ?
You know the answer to that.Phil is number 1 choice on my team sheet every time for City - even above KDB. Will he get a look in at the start of the final?
Presumably, it's blow football.I was there...

Which is fucking mental! Funny old game when you look at England’s central midfielders too and think with the likes of Lampard, Gerrard and Scholes we never got near this far. Suppose people will say it shows how well Southgate has done in building a solid unit. I personally think he’s been very lucky but hopefully he’s on for a knighthood by Sunday night! You can say anything you like about Southgate but the proof is in the pudding. Award Italy the cup, seems only fair........what does this charge mean ? We get penalised how ?
Fair play, it's exactly that greatness I am missing in all your national (and understandable) frenzy. A bit of objectivity. Both did dive,Kane initiated contact for his,but still a dive......unfortunately that's a part of the game now.
You’re disappointed that a foul wasn’t overruled?It really wasn’t.
That was never a pen. Raheem felt a slight touch, and decided to fall over. I’m dissapointed that VAR didn’t overrule it, but not surprised though.
