Southgate waited too long to react when italy had them pinned back, and his selections for pens were rubbish, Rashford has taken several pens before so that was fine, but Sancho ? Saka ? the other two takers imo should've been Walker who should not have come off, and Calvert-Lewin who should've been there instead of Sancho.

Sancho has taken and scored quite a few penalties for Dortmund.

I've just remembered that OGS's penalty tactics actually did work as it was De Gea that missed and not any of the players he brought on in the Europa league.
