The fact the Mail on Sunday went legal on behalf of one of their reporters to be privy to the appeal, tells you they think there is enough chum in the water.
Hi Tolm. Clearly many fans are worried and also angry about the repetition in these attacks. Your chum analogy is great yet can be seen with a slightly different perspective. Apparently, in layman terms sharks can detect 3 drops of blood in a volume of water equivalent to that found in a municipal swimming pool. The Mail need only discover titbits of information which they can then spin to their hearts content over several weeks. Job done and worth the trouble and investment to those who hate us.

Do you have any impression how worried our leaders are about this?

Story dropping about St Marcus not being as holy as Neil Ashton makes out.

All of a sudden City are cheating cunts again...

Story is…….something, something Man. City bad. Bury the story of modern football, United and Liverpool trying to ruin football with ESL.

Tbf that story about Rashford is just a smear. It’s bollocks, just like a lot of stuff about City is bollocks. They’re not linked in anyway. You only have to look at the paper it’s from and who runs it and what else they help run.

What’s this about the Saint of school meals!?
Spectator running a piece on how much Rashford gains from his sponsorship deals. Rashford has got wind of it, so has got Ashton and his media team to jump to his defence using Twitter to set the record straight.

He's a professional sportsman they all make money from sponsorship deals. It doesn't detract from the fact he's also done a lot of good by using that very same profile that gets him the sponsorship deals.

In all honesty, I'm apathetic towards this whole thing.

Having all this hanging over us is just tiresome and there's a point you reach where whatever happens happens.

There's no point stressing over stuff that has nothing to do with us as fans. It could have implications for the club worst comes to worst but we'll still support the club regardless.

We really panicked and misjudged the ESL situation.

This all day. We made enemies of the "friends" we could have had if we had walked away from the ESL on day 1.

We also could have spun things to say we continue to deny any wrong doing and remain committed to working within the rules which is why, unlike Liverpool, United etc we did not sign up to the ESL which was a move aimed to protect elite clubs that continue to smear our club whilst playing to a different set of rules.

That would have been a perfect way of twisting things.

This never ending saga is all because the club couldn’t keep their IT system secure and allowed a low level hacker access to the entire archive of emails.

Whilst on a football level the club is undeniably well run you have to say that this fundamental lapse in security and the recent ticketing fiasco suggests that operationally it is poor in the extreme. Ordinarily you’d expect heads to roll but that doesn’t seem to be the case so maybe there is a culture of complacency pervading?
