Seasoncard - 2021/22

Only affecting a few of us but the NHS Scotland app has different functionality - so foresee more situations like trying to spend Scottish bank notes in England when we try to use that
I've heard that. In the NHS app it has two QR code options, one for venues and one for international travel. The venue one had a big label saying England only so guess the Welsh and NIrish will have the same problem.

I think some of the features are dependent on whether one's NHS record is shared. Mine isn't so I can't see my health record or order prescriptions. Not sure if it's my record that isn't shared or my GP surgery that isn't set up to share. The Covid vaccination QR code still works though.

Think they pulled the covid stuff out so the sharing wasn't required.
Originally I could only see my jabs via the shared health record but it became available separately after an update.

My track and trace app didn’t work anywhere in Scotland when I was up there the other week and a shop owner said it’s a different app, It’s Crazy that the two are not the same.
It also Didn’t work for the few I came across in Wales last week when I was working over there .

When you next log into the App (on a different date) the expiry date will be extended - defaults to a month from when you access it

Well they better get their finger out
the first home game is only four weeks away this saturday

And this flat earth luddite has just found out what that NFC means too, maybe.

Nice Francis Crawford
or
Nasty Francis Crawford

Depends if he invites you for a drink to 'discuss any differences'. I'm looking forward to extracting a Guinness out of him next time I'm in the H&H's

Kind of wishing I deferred this year to see what the mess is like before making a decision, I only kept on to keep my safe standing seat. It's one thing after the other with these clowns when people in general aren't as arsed about it all as much now, VAR had already put me on the brink. Another that city said no problem to when asked for actual cards, I can use the phone system but I don't want to have to use my phone. If they require justification and are idiots about it I will likely just jack it in.

Only had one jab up until now so wouldn't be able to show vaccination proof and I am not getting the negative test for every game until I do. Even once I have done that I am not downloading the app I'll show them a picture of the little card that's it.

Coming to the matches themselves, I only hope they are full capacity with away fans as well. If any restrictions on that I am not interested.
yes me too 100% its beginning to sound too much like hard work!

Let’s face it the vaccination passport idea will not work. There are different systems in place for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Can you imagine the chaos at the turnstiles if security staff have to check COVID certificates. They are neither trained nor qualified to be able to spot a forgery or a phone hack.

People should stop deluding themselves on this issue. Supporters will either be let in or they will not. But relying on security staff to check certification for a 50,000 crowd will not work.

When I went to the Oval for the ODI they had staff supposedly checking COVID certificates, but all that meant was glancing at peoples’ phones as they passed. If you held up anything with a QR code you were fine. I’m sure it would be much the same for any large crowd.

Generally echoes my thoughts. I too would have prefered to defer but couldn't get the answers from City so renewed to keep my seat and place in the points system more than a desire to attend again, I'm actually fine missing games until its fully back to how it was pre covid just so long as I'm not penalised for missing them.

The phone issue I'm personally not bothered about, I have a phone that has nfc capabilities but I'd rather have a card, there's no messing about then and it eliminates any potential issues with phones but I'll adjust to that. I don't think it should be enforced though, the card works fine and it's going to cause so much further ball ache at the turnstiles which can be easily avoided

I'm not vaccinated and won't be anytime soon, so my only option will be a negative test and I really don't want to have to piss around with getting a negative test for every single game when we play 3 times a week. All of it combined just makes me question whether it's worth it and make me not want to bother right now. We can all see the impending shitshow when the first home game of the season is here.

spot on !

Anti-vaxxer cranks and nutters can always stay at home wanking over Katie Hopkins videos.
Rather that the gullible twats filming themselves for far right Facebook accounts, holding up the queues and shouting “Magnoh Cartoh” when they are rightly refused entry.
Flat earth cunts. Fuck them
You should chat to my daughter, a front line NHS worker who is constantly working on Covid wards and is not vaccinated along with many of her colleagues who have refused the vaccines
I'm sure they'd all very much appreciate you calling them cunts

Any chance someone could enlighten me to what’s going on ticket wise and fans returning ?

Iv only come in here to ask about u16 entry to the ground as I’m seeing in the news that only ppl who have had the 2 jabs will be allowed into large venues and my lad hasn’t been offered the vaccine.

After reading back a few pages on here I’m seeing something about smart phone only entry to the ground and Francis Crawfords is either twatting everyone or buying everyone a chip barm .. ?

Are season tickets being replaced by smart phone entry and any idea what’s happening to u16 , are they allowed in without the jabs ?

And can I have a chip barm not a twatting ?
sorry chips are sold out

I work with several that refuse to have the vaccine, one of whom actually had covid last year too.
All the ones not having the vaccine had to sign a form months ago, same as you refuse the flu jab when thats offered annualy around september.
Best wishes to your daughter and collegues.

U-18s do not require vaccination proof to attend events.

You can obtain an NHS COVID Pass at age 16 plus but do not need one to access venues or events in England if you are under 18 years of age.
