Anybody talking fifa in a pub would unlikely be old enough to go in in the first place. This is why arguing football on the internet is pointless. If someone said that in a pub you'd pour your pint over his/her head and walk out.
Fucking oddballs.

He was sold around 1-3 July 2020.
Hence the profit is recorded on that day 1-3 July 2020.
That sits within the accounting period 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.
That period has already closed.
We are now in the period after that.
Hence Sane profit on sale is gone, its offsetting lack of matchday revenues last season. Its not offsetting amortisation of future transfers.
Showing your age thereCan't believe we're talking about FIFA when Khaldoon is obviously basing this on his Top Trumps scores.
Come on, people, head in the game.
Because he keeps forgetting to stay ‘in character’Why is your English great on one post then on another it appears that English may be your second language?
Whoa whoa whoa whoaThis is why arguing football on the internet is pointless. If someone said that in a pub you'd pour your pint over his/her head and walk out.
The transfer happened in July rather than June so it went against the (at the stage still to come) 20/21 season rather than the (just finished) 19/20.So what was the talk in the accounts about Sane money getting deferred?
As Kevin Bridges once said "If Facebook was a pub would you drink in it? Would you fuck, You'd torch the fucking pub".This is why arguing football on the internet is pointless. If someone said that in a pub you'd pour your pint over his/her head and walk out.
How are you such an expert in football finances when last night you claimed that our season tickets were paying for Grealish? The transfer happened in July rather than June so it went against the (at the stage still to come) 20/21 season rather than the (just finished) 19/20.
19/20 was always going to be a huge loss due to the lack of football for the last 3 months and deferred tv revenues etc.
Pushing it to 20/21 then wrote off the 19/20 losses and attempted to make 20/21 look better.
The 20/21 results will get released in spring 2022 and the aim will be that deferred tv revenues from 19/20 and transfer profits offset lack of 20/21 matchday revenues. Suspect the cup performances and league win will generate sufficient income to stabilise the accounts as long as wages didnt grow again.
But any transfers from now this summer will only affect 21/22 accounts
With Mendy on glockenspielThe rags had the grand piano
We sign Grealish and Kane we have a the entire fucking orchestra
Not claiming to be an expert, but dont fool yourself into thinking ticket prices are continuously rising for any other reason than to contribute to paying for increasingly expensive playersHow are you such an expert in football finances when last night you claimed that our season tickets were paying for Grealish?
Probably a random point but if you're going to share that WWE video that's going round, use the original from Twitter. There's an Instagram version that's got popular that stole it off the original creator and didn't credit them.
Assumed they’d stopped in the 80’s shows what I know :-)I'm 21 lol
Top Trumps are timeless!
Well the alternative is mediocrity, at the end of the day whilst some choose to pay to see excellence, those who object will have to settle for second best or worse. Same applies to other sport, music, theatre, etc. At the end of the day, it is up to the individual, and market forces apply. Not claiming to be an expert, but dont fool yourself into thinking ticket prices are continuously rising for any other reason than to contribute to paying for increasingly expensive players
You really think the extra million £ they rake in from a minor increse in ticket sales is even a drop in the ocean of a transfer? Not claiming to be an expert, but dont fool yourself into thinking ticket prices are continuously rising for any other reason than to contribute to paying for increasingly expensive players
The holier than holy Arsenal fan's opinion. Going on the replies on there, he's not getting much sympathy.
Be fun watching all the ex's fight thoughAs Kevin Bridges once said "If Facebook was a pub would you drink in it? Would you fuck, You'd torch the fucking pub".
