So assuming Grealish signs, in 5 years time he's going to be an insanely important creative hub for us.

As will Foden.

Foden has the potential to be better than any City player. His goal + assist output was great last season.
Grealish is a phenomenal creative player as it stands. He's literally the only player close to De Bruyne on that front in the PL.

Also. Pep has explained why he doesn't trust Foden in the middle, it's because of the whole tempo talk he had a few months back. It's totally okay to go crazy over Foden but I'm afraid the facts don't change this. I'm certain when Foden is 26/27 he will be able to play in midfield. For now we can enjoy KDB or if Grealish whomever is the option.
