Yeah that's the case, I posted the tweet because Thomas Lemar is on the market and it would make sense for Villa to go after him as a replacement, wouldn't cost that much, his move's not worked out at Atletico despite the initial hype, a lot of Prem clubs wanted him when he went there, so I wouldn't be surprised if he comes to the league now anyway.
