Jack Grealish

Still, raises the question of priority. The only way I can see us putting him as a must is because we know that English players are going to be part of a future quantity.

Nothing has been mooted on this point, we wait and see.
I think it that were the case we would have seen lots more transfers of other English players to the top teams. I know the rags bought Sancho and arsenal got white but I'd have thought there would have been more demand for English players - unless of course you think that we are the only ones who know about it which seems unlikely

Khaldoon Al-Mubarak is said to be ‘growing increasingly confident’ of signing Jack Grealish. #ManCity are ‘banking on’ Grealish telling Villa he wants to leave them on Monday when he returns to the club for showdown talks.

Nobody does or ever has known how Khaldoon feels about fuck all, let alone a transfer......the embarrassing lies in the media are ridiculous and quoting them as info is just as embarrassing;)

Confident they’re getting top 4 next season also. Deluded bunch.
Didn’t you hear they have ambition. Stayed up by the skin of their teeth (some would argue that goal over the line which would have sank them) then finished in a dizzy eleventh place. Going places that lot you know. Every other team is going to be poorer this season and they are going to fly. Title challenge incoming.

Remember they’ve signed a Norwich player, that confirms title : )

Detach yourself and try and look at it as a neutral. It would be a big shock if after all this he turned around and decided to stay at villa
Correct. He may well stay, but it won’t be because some dipshits on Villa Talk said it. Why are City fans on there anyway.

Surely that would have leaked out by now. There's no way the Villa lot would keep that quiet. City would know now as well. But as per, they wouldn't comment.

Great point. The current supposed 'goldrush' for English / home grown players points to that. I wonder if the failure of the ESL and need for UEFA to pander a bit to the G14 will see an expansion of the homegrown rule? - Real and Barca (possibly also Juve / Bayern) might not be able to compete with the PL financially, but they can all still be big fish in the small pond of their own domestic leagues. If uefa stipulate more CL players need to be homegrown it hamstrings the opposition and gives the German / Spanish / Italian rags a leg up.
