So you value him €35m only?
Doesn't matter my value. It's the realistic price.

If we dont get the right fee, keep him.

Other clubs do the same if they dont get the right fee.

I dont get why so many are willing to sell Bernardo on the cheap.

Ben White just went for fucking £50m and we are about to pay £100m for inferior player in Grealish. Others can cough up if they want him, if not, keep him.
Not a fucking chance we keep round someone who doesn't want to be here on huge wages and has arguably been going backwards for two years.

We already have the space in the squad.

2 foreign spots are free, which Kane and Grealish would take as the HG spots are already filled.

and why we dont need to hold out for good fee?

We won't get a good fee. There's nothing to hold out for. He's an unhappy squad player with a public desire to leave

Clubs consistently get good fees for players who are unhappy. Bernardo being unhappy is not valid excuse to let him go on the cheap.

Grealish wants out of Villa yet we are paying £100m for him. Ben White wanted to leave for Arsenal, Brighton got £50m.

We almost paid £60m for Sanchez in 2017 who had year left and was desperate to get out.

Always assumed he’d be the one to make way if/when we get Grealish and Kane but had hoped it’d all be done amicably. Apparently he was supposed to report back last week (with Dias and Cancelo) but didn’t turn up so looks like he may be forcing the issue, which I guess could weaken our hand a bit when it comes to negotiating a fee.

Weird how one of our players does this and when we go for someone they do it all by the book don’t cause any waves and makes it a lot harder for us! Disappointed in Silva

Those examples are/were all star players for their respective teams. Bernardo is not

We have. Silva's foreign spot no one has taken who left in 2020 and Aguero going has released another one.
Ake took Silva’s last season we had 5 homegrown 16 foreign. 15 foreign and 5 homegrown now Aguero has gone so we only have Aguero’s spot.

Hes hardly bench warmer either! He was our best player in 2018/19 as well.

Also Ben White star player of Brighton? Thats Bissouma

He's a star player at Brighton. He's a hot commodity on the back of a good season and he's English. He's also moving from a financially stable Premier League club to another financially stable Premier League club.

There's virtually no comparison to that deal and any potential transfer for Bernardo, almost every facet of the transfer is different.

Are you going to slag the club yet again, despite you being given the list of transfer fees time after time , what is your motive here? Not to mention fucking off when we win games

Interesting. Not the way you want it handled, but I’m not massively surprised if he’s been wanting out since the start of last season. He clearly doesn’t want to be here anymore and Grealish’s imminent arrival suggests the club are very aware of this.

I think it was quite telling something was up with him still off despite the other Portuguese lads back.

This must indicate he has a club after him though, I just can’t see who is going to pony up the cash outside of England.

Wouldn’t be shocked if he’s trying to force some form of loan + obligation type move.

It is a bit surprising from a player who has displayed such love and affection for City. The player, the club, and the agents need to come to an understanding quickly.

Very disappointing if he has actually gone AWOL

All rather peculiar. If he does leave, I can only see him going to Barcelona, yet because of their plight they’ll be trying to get him on tick. They’ll probably offer Garcia as a makeweight…

Realistically we’re only going to get top money for him if he goes to another English team, which in turn only really means Spurs or Arsenal, so you would question whether he would go to either of them. He would have to be seriously unhappy at City / Manchester to do that move, but you never know.
