So we are hearing that Villa are willing to accept the bid from City & that its just down to Grealish now to give the go ahead.
Surely City would have spoken with Grealish to ask if he wanted the transfer before they put the bid in.

One more year of mid table then maybe the rags are interested as a pig a replacement and he can move up to challenging for chimps league places & double the wages city would offer this summer.

Yes DH used to go down to Carrington and take his ladder and watch over the fence, then they invited him in. The reports were going great until Mancini on the advice of one of his staff stopped DH attending which was a shame. Vicky Kloss tried to smooth things over to no avail.
DH by the way is at the Etihad today having a mooch. He may be getting a few pics of the building of the new indoor arena

A journalist and an ITK are entirely different things. I suggest listening to the latest 93:20 to help calm some nerves on JG having second thoughts.
 
Still can't believe City fans are fretting over this. Last season we won the league by 12 points. A player who's only scored 12 PL goals in his career isn't going to make that much difference, so lets spend it elsewhere and get value for money, instead of paying more than double someone's true worth. Don't forget this is a guy that was so good he got got subbed after coming on as a sub ffs. He's in good company as that happened to Ashley Ward and Neil Heaney.

I feel like Villa fans have calmed down a bit about this, to be honest. Some of the banter around it has been actually funny, rather than mentalists trying to goad journalists into bets for sick kids. Won't stop me winding up as many of them as I can when he signs, though.
