Jack Grealish

It said on sky it will eclipse what the rags paid for Pogba. The only difference is we didn't already have Jack, give him away and buy him back for a ridiculous amount. They certainly know how to waste their money whereas we are quite shrewd and most of our buys increase in value

Those not arsed about him, those having a pop at the fee - they’ll all be cheering his performances soon enough.
There isn’t one club in the league who wouldn’t take this kid in a heartbeat, and who’s fans wouldn’t absolutely be buzzing about this transfer.

like I say. They’ll soon cheering.

Pep coaching Grealish. Amazing.

Speculation earlier today that it MIGHT have been officially announced today. Now I'm seeing that it might be a case of medical tomorrow, announcement on friday.

That had everything ,the mad manager and chairman , kev tricked into saying he was staying at that awards do, the agent rushing out a statement to say that was not what he meant , then the plane tracking , best thread ever
I'll never forget that awards ceremony. The thread that night was still busy at 2am.

It is not 75m plus add ons, it is 100m. There is no need to sugarcoat it and it is definitely ridiculous money to spend on Grealish especially

We will find out who is right in the next accounts.. don’t trust any of the media reporting of the fee till our club say what it is..

Double what White cost Arsenal, I’ll stick my neck out on the line and say he will provide more than double to us what White does to them. That was also a club sacking staff and laying off the mascot. That’s shocking then spending high amounts. We can and will spend the money.

Apples and oranges.

Arsenal are a club that are sinking and badly need to turn things around. They're desperate to improve their defence, which is very shaky. They've got a young manager at the moment who's at a crossroads in his tenure, so they either back him to swim or let him sink.

We're very stable at the moment, winning, and have a glut of attacking options in and around the positions Grealish can play - namely a budding superstar named P. Foden. I really don't think he's going to 'move the needle' much, given the level of first string talent we already have. 100m in this market, for that position, is the type of money that should you get you a player who comes right in and grabs everything by the balls, automatic starter, changes the whole dynamic. I just don't see it. He'll be lucky to start the big games tbh.

In any case, the reaction of fans on here is completely predictable when the club gets called out for this of thing, so whatever. If we land Grealish but don't land a quality striker, supporters will be pissed.
