I’m a huge salt and vinegar fan. It would be my primary go to option. Loads of both.

My other post was agreeing with Ontarioblue in that curry sauce is better on chippy chips than their gravy is. :-)
 
You could go all in a do a Bordelaise sauce, I made one for my sausage and mash last night, well worth thetime. effort.
But what sausages? I know that this thread has improved somewhat by discussing haute cuisine but let's face it we have over 2000 pages with nothing concrete so we may as well amuse ourselves in the mean
 
Spoke to the person today who is responsible for the Grealish Peaky Blinders monstrosity!

As far as they are aware the Kane transfer isn’t even close.
Based on that absolute abomination, I wouldn't take a bit of notice on what that persons says/thinks/does.
