If you log in on an iPhone and pick ‘Domestic’ pass it shows you the QR box and gives you the Add To Wallet option. It doesn’t give the option if you log in on a PC or iPad as there is no wallet.

you mean that big “add to wallet “ button right in the middle.

I've downloaded Google pay thing and season ticket to it.. If I get a new phone can I add season ticket to new phone and if yes... How.. I'm bloody useless with technology

I haven't had to do this but if you login to your ticket account you'll see that "add to mobile wallet" is still highlighted when you tick the box next to your ticket details. If you get a new phone login from the new phone and download the ticket exactly as you did the first time. Delete the ticket off your old phone, only one ticket will be valid.

Spent the day queing up at city forv 2 1/2 hours to get the daughters s c sorted apperently it was 4 hours yesterday ,they provided tea water and toilet access ,
The daughter had the same e mail as myself and we couldn't access her account ,the fix was to reset her account to use her supporter no and issue her with a new generic password ,took 5 mins ,hopefully sorted now ,lot of folk there and most seemed to be getting sorted and remaining calm

This just makes my blood boil, people having to spend that amount of time to get something sorted that shouldn’t be a problem in the first place.

Fair play to you for being so calm about it.

A note for any supporters living in Wales and registered to NHS Wales.

The COVID Pass App does NOT work for anyone living and registered in Wales. You have to access your NHS COVID Pass via the NHS website having first registered for an NHS login.

Once you’ve accessed your Pass via the web site you can then store it in your wallet or have it emailed to you.

I live in Wales and I could only PRINT the Covid 19 pass. It doesn't give me any option to have it emailed to me.

How do you get it in the wallet? Only options for me are download as a pdf or email. once it’s pdf I can only send it to someone or save to file not wallet

You use that old fashioned thing called a sheet of paper! That can be placed in a real wallet.

It may not appeal to computer nerds but is all you will get at the moment for those from Scotland. I have been to five matches so far this season, including Wembley, and never been asked for proof of vaccination.

It is better you move on, an uninformed employee made a mistake, there are no cards available and the club never said there was. Some people have genuine problems, which doesn’t include demanding the club gives you a card which doesn’t exist or else you cancel your season ticket lol.

The uninformed employee should now be informed he is unemployed!

I agree and I also hope that the City Matters people ask where they are putting the minutes of these meetings. The 'constitution' or whatever it is called states that the minutes will be published x number of days after the meeting and I keep looking but the only ones I can find are from a long time ago. Even virtual meetings should be minuted surely?

I also note that Cityzens voice is visible but not responded to as it used to be either.

The club are definitely not listening to the fans any more. Come on City sort it out.

Yes that is truly shocking. Something that should have been sorted out in a 5 minute telephone call if they had enough staff to anticipate the demand. Similar nightmare stories all over twitter and FaceBook but no one taking ownership from the club to respond. City Matters/Supporters Clubs/1894 don't appear to have any impact how ever hard they may try. Think the only thing that could get them to realise there was a problem was if some celebrity Blue like Martin Lewis realised he wasn't gonna get his kids in next Saturday. Otherwise I don't think they give a shit.

Over 500 pages tells its own sorry tale on this utterly shambolic effort. How fucking hard could it have been for the club to garner the opinion of the fans? Do you want to carry on with a season card or do you want change? If you want to change, these are the options (and it includes finding a fucking library to queue up in and pay 20p to get a print out of your ticket) there are 4 of us who’ve sat next to each other since 2004; if one of us can’t make a game we’ve taken the season card, found a mate who can make the game snd it’s been sorted without any friends and family online bollocks, no ticket exchange, no download shite, just a simple here’s the card and hand it back once you’re in the ground. Like hundreds of others do every week. My dad, bless him, he’s 83 and has fucked it off. No iPhone no printer no library and he won’t be alone. City have fucked up massively here.

Glad you’re sorted mate. The debit card is just to activate the Apple wallet. As you have figured you can delete it but it’s not to do with paying City. I have mine set up so if I buy stuff on internet I can quickly select Apple/Google pay as payment method. No messing putting in card details. Can also phone in shops to pay contactless and no £45 limit as with your card. I use it all the time. It’s more secure than carrying a card around.

I do worry I might pay for Harry Kane at the turnstile at the Norwich game though!

Shooting ourselves in the foot again. My father in law is an Evertonian seasoncard holder . They have something similar but can pay a £5 to get the actual seasoncard for the whole season.
What a contrast !! Everything about the club on the outside is top notch yet the working class fan getting pushed away further and further!!! I hope the City matters group can push this and show them the outrage. It will certainly show next Saturday
