I'm still waiting for a response from the club on another matter

Me neither as it won't work on this phone. I'll probably relent and buy a new one today but Ive half a mind to write to Kaldhoon and ask him to reimburse me the bloody money.

What is it you're struggling with mate, is it getting it downloaded on your phone?
 
It certainly isn't happening against Norwich that's for sure. Wait until those great attractions Burnley, Palace and the other park the bus teams turn up, emptihad it will be. They think people are desperate to get back to live football after covid, our poor take up of charity shield tickets disproved that.
The thing is I hoped that the during the 18 months without fans the club would have had a long hard think about how to improve the attendance and atmosphere inside the ground. Ticket prices, making the ticket office easier to deal with, just being more supporter friendly etc. but if anything it’s got worse. I’ve never been so downhearted about it as I am now. It just appears that they don’t get it.
 
I was told I would have a card sent out for my daughter as she doesn’t have a smart phone. Just wondering if that was a blatant lie by the guy on the phone? Or if the communication is so shite the staff don’t know what’s going on? Complete shit show. Can’t even log in to her account to print tickets as she doesn’t have a password and the emails are not coming through that are supposed to give her one.
 
Completely agree with comments on here about club. They are completely disconnected to the people who stuck by them in the dark days. Had a season ticket 23 years but loyalty it seems means nothing.... horrendous customer service, prioritisation of new fans its all ridiculous and I'm fed up of it.

Been so excited to watch city again after covid and now can't access the ticket I have paid 800 quid for. Also can't speak to anyone at the club to get help- got cut off on phone, ignored on twitter, ignored by email. I feel like telling them to stick it but ultimately it would make no difference to them so they have us over a barrel.

I feel like my issue could be so easy to solve- my season ticket is linked to my dads account and I need the club to attach it to my account instead. I know how to download into Pay and did it forms dad, but not able to download mine from his account. Logically thought he could just change my email but nope its greyed out and it says to phone or email. The thought of queuing for 4 hours to ask them to add my email is beyond ridiculous.

Whatever happens I dont plan to give the club anymore money this season - merchandise, food, programmes. Might mean nothing to them but its the principle.
 
To top it off, no tin or pin badge this year!

Maybe we might get a print at home poster or something. Or screensaver for our new phones.

No one is getting a card, 3 options, download to phone, print at home or pick ticket at ticket office.

We now know that that was a lie. The guy on the phone is blameless, he probably didn't dream of working in a call centre when he was at school. The club deliberately mislead possibly hundreds of fans. When the dust has settled I'd like to think that heads will roll somewhere in the organisation.

That's my feelings exactly. How can an organisation that have on the whole got everything right be so shit on listening to the one thing they say is the most important, the actual match going fans?

Aye mate. I think the problem is because I gave City her mums email to use, but her mum already has an account with City. So as many others have mentioned every supporter number now needs its own unique email address. But City keep saying they have sent a email to her mums email but nothing is coming through to inbox or spam. So confusing

Couldn't see add to wallet on mine
Iv not got android m8 and it says add to Apple wallet so maybe not a option for android..
The “add to wallet “ option button whilst being big and bang in the middle of the page wasn’t very noticeable to me. Have another look it may be there right under the qr code above the other 3 options centre screen

A note for any supporters living in Wales and registered to NHS Wales.

The COVID Pass App does NOT work for anyone living and registered in Wales. You have to access your NHS COVID Pass via the NHS website having first registered for an NHS login.

Once you’ve accessed your Pass via the web site you can then store it in your wallet or have it emailed to you.
Does the Covid vaccination proof have to go in your phone (apple) wallet or presumably having it on your phone on the nhs app is ok?
