Would he be a team player though? he always seems to have a hissy fit if he doesn't get the ball.
His heading ability though, something we've really missed out on since Dzeko, with the supply from KDB and Grealish, he'd have a field day.

He's a perfectionist who demands the best from himself & those around him. It's not a bad attitude to have to be fair.

I hope to god it’s not the latter.

If Pep & the board decided Ronaldo was a decent stop gap, I'd be 100% behind their decision. Footballers are people. Very wealthy people, but people all the same, & ultimately they'll do what suits them best.

Tevez came to City, & Sancho went to ManUre. If Ronaldo came here, I'd be absolutely fine with it as long as he gave his all. The type of character he comes across as, I'd expect nothing less to be honest, as he seems hell bent on going out at the top, & not like a fading diva as some would make out...

No. We’ve had plenty of players cross over the divide, some more successfully than others.

Ronaldo is an arrogant, egotistical, self obsessed prick. He’s everything that United resemble, and I don’t want our club associated with that.

Our latest documentary is called Together, which I believe embodies the NDA of this squad. Ronaldo is all about himself.

I have no problem letting him use us for one or two seasons if it means getting goals scored. He hasn’t been disruptive at Juventus at all. Very professional guy. I don’t like him and never have. Same as Ramos. But can see how it would work. Also, at his age, maybe he wouldn’t have a problem being on the bench sometimes? That works for Pep.
I’ve said before that having a UCL winner in the squad would help a lot in the competition. And he’s a serial winner. We have Portuguese national team players who would make him feel welcome.
It would also make us appealing to global audience like PSG, for having that global star.

But anyway, if people are so easily against having a player who is easily one of the best European footballers of all time playing for us for being related to another English team, then I feel even better about being against Kane for an obscene amount of money

Don’t get what? That he’s connected to United? What that means? Of course I do. And I couldn’t care less. United isn’t in his identity. It may be why some here hate him, but he’s all about himself, and the club he will be known for is Madrid.

I've never met the Geezer, so couldn't say. I judge everyone on how they treat me to be honest. I've had warnings about people I've subsequently met & some have been spot on, some over egged & others waaaaaay off the mark. To be honest, the same has happened to me.

Several years ago, I was starting a new risky venture & I knew a former employee would be ideal for a crucial position. However, the dude had stabbed me in the back to create an opportunity for himself previously, & even though it all turned to shit for him, I swallowed my pride & asked him to be part of this new venture.

We were never gonna be best buddies, but on a professional level we made it work & the venture proved highly successful. I'd never put him in a position where I had to trust him, because if he stiffed me once, he could do it again, but I managed to rise above my personal feelings for the fella to concentrate on the bigger picture.

For all Blues with similar feelings about Ronaldo, we need goals & someone who can score penalties! Couldn't you put your dislike for him to one side for Manchester City's sake?
