Not a good advert for rugby league this game, shocking standard.
It’s a true knock-on-athon

Wire were full of mistakes the other night n’all. We aren’t as good a side without Widdop, he’s been our main man this season.

Never a try, that

This is where this “I’ve got a try/no try” and having to prove that right or wrong is daft. Should go back to the old way of: If you’ve got a try, give the decision; if you aren’t sure, ask the video ref to investigate and make the decision.

He never got that down.

Clark looked knackered in the last ten against Wigan yet played the entire 80 with no rest, and has played the most of this game.

Walker never played a minute against Wigan and has only just come on, and he’s one of our most dangerous attacking players.

Use the interchange a bit more man

Get in there!

Bobbins performance, cracking win though

I met Steve Price the other week. Really nice bloke. Warrington on a good run.
I’ve been very critical of him in his time with us, I thought we were a dull side to watch for a good while. But we’ve been far from dull this season. We’ve still been quite poor at times but involved in entertaining games we’ve won, and we’ve been scoring or almost scoring from a high percentage of our attacks (which was a bug bear of mine last season).

I still think we lack depth (and pace tackle busts are low) in the props to win the biggest games later on the season, but you never know.

15th game of the season and Swinton lions get their first win! Dewsbury Rams 18 Swinton Lions 22. 2pts behind Roughyeds now.
A workmate’s son plays for Swinton, so she’ll be buzzing after that.

Is there relegation this year?

There are some shoots of hope for some sort of World Cup.

Players like James Tadesco may play for Italy and Tyson Frizzell for Wales

And indigenous players may represent an Aboriginal Aussie team, with Maori Kiwis doing the same for NZ

What on Earth is Willy Isa playing at in this game?

He pushed Grace in the face with his fists, shoulder charged Dodd, late tackled Welsby then smashed him when he was on the floor, then had his hands all in LMS’s face, and just been sin binned for a high tackle.

If I was Adrian Lam I wouldn’t pay him this week’s wages, he’s purposely tried to get sent off, I’m certain!

…then he comes back on after the Sin Bin and purposely pokes Percival in the eye!

Has he been sniffing glue all week instead of training? What’s he doing?

Absolutely clueless, wasn't it? The ref was almost derelict in not acting on some of them - even Phil Clarke thought the hit on the prone Welsby could have been red - and the bit on LMS' face did not look too clever either. I assume the latter wasn't a gouge though as LMS didn't seem to react as if it was. The poke in the eye on Percival was almost laughably late too, although a penalty was right I thought for that one.

Isa behaved exactly the same at Saints earlier in the season - multiple acts of foul play in a short time.

Probably lucky that the high tackle on Coote was not acted on due to the penalty given a couple of seconds earlier, or someone else would have been off to go with the 3 later on. Can't remember the last time I saw someone binned for dissent.

Saints were very solid tonight, and I thought did pretty well not to rise to the provocation.

I’m a wigan fan of 30 years and this is the worst I’ve seen of a wigan team, discipline Lacking and what isa was on I do not know
