If he honestly tweeted he was doing that rather than saying he's opening a new hospital there wouldn't be an issue.

Instead he's blatantly lied hoping people haven't picked up on it. Which seems to be Tory policy from the top down currently.
 
After the dissembling and incompetence of Hancock, it was lucky they had Sajid Javid to seamlessly replace him with his own brand of lying.
If it comes to the worst, that paragon of honesty and diligence Raab might soon be looking for a new challenge!

"Raab told to come back last Friday as Kabul fel " - but its ok he earholed the scarecrow who said "yeah stay until Sunday Dom - nothing is happening here"

and my favourite

"wanted - prisoners to help help end food shortages " - although there are no food shortages of course

Looks like his brief is to discuss matters pertaining to England only and they have already accepted Scotland, Wales and Ulster are leaving. I strongly suspect that despite playing some cricket for Durham he never went further north and hasn't had the pleasure of diving into the sea off the top of Hadrian's Wall where it skirts round "island England". God he is thick.

I didn't go paddleboarding - because when I got to the beach, the sea was closed.
