Seasoncard - 2021/22

I'm on Android and wanted to see what happens if I just log into my account and download my season ticket again. It worked and the Arsenal ticket has appeared before waiting for it to automatically update.
 
I’m on iPhone, was still showing the norwich game today, I clicked the 3 dots,turned automatic updates off then back on again and the Arsenal game appeared, hope this helps
 
Odd how different people's tickets appear to be. Mine never had any game on it at all, it is just a blue ticket with seasoncard and my details on it with a barcode.
 
Chill out everyone it's Monday, 5 days until Arsenal. They said the ticket will auto-update so give it a chance to do so.
My pal was panicking 5 minutes after the game on Saturday .
I’m amazed he didn’t break his screen he was tapping it that hard trying to force it to change!
 
I've noticed on Android you can turn off NFC on the tickets only (i.e. leave NFC on for GPay but have the tickets always showing the dynamic barcode). Just go to details and scroll to the foot and disable "Hold near terminal to use". Whether it persists the change to the next game I don't know yet, but it means not having to keep hitting Show Code all the time or finding how to turn NFC on and off (which is surprisingly convoluted on my Moto). Useful if like me you have multiple tickets on one device.

I've also managed to load the same ticket (with matching dynamic barcodes) onto a smaller screen mobile, which doesn't have NFC at all, and puts the barcode at the bottom of the screen which might solve my issue of not being able to put the mobile in the slot deep enough for the barcode to be read.

Anybody know how I can talk to anybody in customer services ? Been trying for days. Phone busy again & I went down to stadium again today but que at least 45 mins. Tried this Emily girl on supporter services on Twitter twice & still nothing.

The transfer button now shows for me, so I just tried to transfer my season ticket for Arsenal to my son. I got a message saying: "Error! Tickets on-sale exclusively to Cityzens Matchday Members. You can join today to access tickets."

1. I'm not selling the ticket, I'm transferring it
2. He is a Cityzens member already

No idea but I've been trying for 3 weeks to get my son's missing history & points added back to his account without success.
