Maybe the reluctance on Ronaldo is that the club think many blues would kick off if we signed him. Pretty universally despised by city fans and maybe that's why.

The people in charge of transfers at City don't give a shit about the fan's opinion of players. They were happy to sign Alves who slagged the club off. Walker who slagged the fans off etc.

He’s way more of one than he was when he first rocked up at United. Maybe this is a fall back option if Kane doesn’t come off. Short term option but I think he’d shit goals for us
