I can't help with the legal bit but I once got stiffed out of over £10k in bonuses, (and this was last century btw), just because my boss got pissed that I'd been sticking my finger up his wife's arse. Petty doesn't even begin to cover it.Expressing a wish to leave is a basic human right. If an employer decided to dock me of my bonuses, albeit I carried on working to the best of my ability & fully contributed to the efforts that led to the success, I'd be fuckin pissed & I think the employer would have a serious contractual issue on his hands.
