If he’s under contract there has to be a fee surely? Always seem to be trying to do everything on the cheap. Prediction, rather than pay up we dither and someone else comes in
 
To me it still looks more like Tenerife or one if the other Canary Islands than it being Madeira? La Palma maybe.

Agree, works both ways too. Think if it happens Ronaldo will thrive surrounded by that talent and desire to win. You don’t get to the business end of 4 competitions every year without insatiable hunger - Ronaldo should be all over that.

He’s a good defender from the front.

His physical fitness is that of a players ten years his junior.

He’s missed just 60 games through injury or illness since 2009. To put that into perspective, Agüero has missed 78 games in the last four years; Kane has missed 56 games in the last four years.
