The media circus is already working up the excitement to fever pitch about Sept 11th when they expect CR to appear before the adoring masses.

It will dwarf the interest in any other match this season.

All carefully orchestrated - and vomit-inducing
Expect London to come to a standstill

The rags must have many many friends within the media in this country. I honestly cannot remember the last time I read a negative article about them anywhere, in fact I’m not sure one even exists.
No matter what they do, how much they spend, how often they cheat, the media WILL put a positive spin on it. When that buck-toothed wanker goes down in the area without anybody touching him, the press simply say ‘he went down perhaps a little too easily’. Any other club (apart from the dippers, maybe) and they’d say ‘It was a deliberate attempt to con the referee’.

The tabloids are the worst, far and away the worst: but a number of the broadsheets are also somewhat reluctant to criticise the club for anything.

There has to be some kind of deal going on because no club should be seen as above criticism. But they seem to be.
They don't have friends , the 659m are customers , any criticism will kill sales/clicks and conversely any praise we recieve fucks up their figures , the media have zero integrity when in comes to anything Rag or Dipper.

Got a new theory on the ronaldo to city transfer...

Jorge Mendes was recently asked by City to secure the futures of current city players under his agency to new/long term contracts (Diaz/Ederson) whilst ensuring bernado stays. In exchange Mendes could use City as a lure to get Ronaldo a new deal with United.

As a result of thier panic buy, U*d are now having to offload players to accommodate Ronaldo, change squad numbers, are unable to purchase a CDM (What they really needed...).

City have just been playing 4D chess all along.

(Well, it's what i'm telling myself anyway... ;-))
You can get a 200g bar for £1.79 in Asda or 2 for £3.

More sub plots than a John Le Carre novel my blue friend :-)

You only had to see the reaction to the protest last year which ended up with the Dipper game being cancelled. Criminal damage, assaulting the police. Hardly a mention let alone a criticism.

You can get a security guard 24/7 for around 130 grand a year, ten would be one million three hundred thousand.

Or I suppose you could buy Sancho and Ronnie. Both options would stop people breaking into the swamp but I know which would be cheaper

I suppose all the alleged rape incident will be swept aside and ignored by the media.

Hang on. Now he's swapped to the United we're allowed to like, isn't he just a committed tryer again?
BBC Sport running with a video of Daniel James' best premier league moments. Only 37 seconds long which says a lot.
