City not answering the phone

Happened to me a couple of weeks ago when I was trying to sort something out with my ticket. I was on hold for ages, before the line being disconnected. I tried again and eventually got through to someone after about 90 minutes in the queue listening to god awful, annoying music.

I don't know what's going on, to be honest. They've had the best part of a year to get to grips with the pandemic, but I don't think they've managed it yet.
 
I’ve accidentally downloaded my brother’s ticket, they text it to me and I presumed it was mine so clicked it.

I tried to call to sort out but spent X2 1.5 hours on hold and gave up the first time and got disconnected the 2nd.

It’s the worst customer services department I’ve ever dealt with.
 
We are all aware of the numerous issues with getting through over the summer with wait times ridiculously excessive but it is kind of worrying that given you would naturally expect the number of queries to by now of been resolved and/or city to have got a grip on the situation that we are still seeing posts like this.
 
Anyone tried contacting the club in the last couple of days?

I've got an issue with my Cityzens account, spent an hour on hold yesterday, another 30 minutes today. No-ones answering.

Incredibly poor service, very frustrating.
Is it really City on the end of the phone or is it some anonymous call centre in Wick or Truro! Mind, I still await an answer to my email, although it's now irrelevant as the issue was solved, God knows how - one of those IT mysteries!
 
Got through eventually after an hour. Awful system, doesn't even tell you where you are in the queue. Almost like we're taking our supporters for granted.

Been like this for weeks sent my e tickets to wrong email adress tried phoning no joy.Ended up in a que for 3 hours at ground that had 1 window open its really poor from city.
 
yeah i also have a Cityzens issue that needs solving pretty soon, tickets going to the wrong supporter number, but i emailed weeks ago and heard nothing, plus cant get through on the phone.
 
On the 20th August i spent 2hrs 5mins on hold for supporter services! Hung up.

Now i am unable to load my new credit card details to my cup scheme online due to “error”
They can ring me or i’m not going any cup games. Couldn’t give a shiny shit anymore
Watch it on tele and save money
 
Absolutely shite customer services - Have currently been on hold for half an hour trying to transfer a ticket. No wonder we get empty seats for sold out games. Convinced there is some red prick behind this.
 
ive not been able to get through since start of season. i reckon over the weeks i vae been on hold for 15 - 20 hours. No answer to my emails. my season ticket wouldnt work 1st game and eventually they just let me in as my lad had gone through before me. they assured me it wouldnt happen next game.....lo and behold... same problem and the steward was even more of an arse than time before.
my dad(73) has now just give up going altogether after a life time of supporting them....he couldnt sort his ticket out and really cant be arsed dealing with apps , phones and printers to watch a football game. so until i can get through to city he is paying for a ticket and there will be ANOTHER empty seat in the east stand.
 
This is for the Directors and the Managers at City who are in charge of and over see the ticket office and supporter services. (not the staff)

You're all f*fucking useless!! And you should all be ashamed of the customer service you're in charge off and offer City fans

If only Sheikh Mansour and/or Khaldoon knew how poor the service was. You lot would absolutely sh*t yourselves. They would demanded and get immediate improvements.

 
Twice in the last week I’ve needed to phone the ‘access’ team. After 48 minutes and 53 minutes the phone was answered. However, both times the person answering couldn’t help me as they were not ‘access’. The guy told me that many calls are being diverted as there are many issues and they are busy. He said I need to email the access team. :-(
 
Oh dear, I need to contact them regarding changing my champions league seats, this doesnt bode well. I might need to go down in person instead, sounds like it will probably be quicker

I am quite sure that we are very very low down on Mansour and Khaldoon's list of priorities, in fact we're probably not even on the list.

As long as the corporate side of the business is happy, they'll be happy.

I'd genuinely pay good money to watch either of them stand in the concourse and eat an edible coffee cup, just to see them sharing our current match day experience.
