Seasoncard - 2021/22

If you register someone for the free membership how long does it take to generate a supporter mumber? Registered my sons mate last night so can add to F&F but when I log into his account the supporter number just shows a - ?
 
Tried to move Southampton ticket to a newly registered 'Friend and Family' doesn't work, says there is no relationship. They are listed there in the Friends and Family list.
 
No leipzig ticket showing anywhere in my account and I am on all the cup schemes, have transferred my Southampton ticket so Burnley is now showing in my wallet!
 
I’m on the direct debit for my season card , but do they take the money of your registered visa card or a direct debit payment (for RB game ) from your account as my Visa card has expired,I’ve tried adding the new one to my account but it won’t let me

Shambolic! With no mail and nothing to show he is a SC holder I reckon a trip to the ticket office rather than trying his entrance is required.

Cup schemes aren’t linked to your direct debit. Payments come from whatever credit or debit card you’ve set up. It looks like you may have to deal with the dreaded phone call if City’s wonderful ticketing software isn’t letting you update an expired card.

I was going to transfer my daughter's adult ticket to my mates junior son ,I assume this would probably cause the system to collapse ,even tho it's technically a down grade
