When you listen to his latest interview, you see how proud he is of this club for introducing his brand of football thru the academy so that when needed he knows he can trust that the young guys coming in can settle into the type of play required.lets hope, before he leaves us( later rather than sooner) he gets a chance to present a predominantly English/ academy dominated first team , which wins the league. How good would that be , watching this current crop I think it’s more than possible.

I'll criticise him for his team selections in big games but a lot of City fans read into a slight on the fans that requires an assumption. They did not give him the benefit of the doubt. If I was Pep I'd be feeling quite hurt by that and I hope he realises that was more error of judgement by one individual.

The quality and quantity of those kids now appearing in the academy will do more than anything to make badly stay.

A would imagine the chance to coach those kids and impose his beliefs and principles would make it almost impossible to leave and let another coach get the benefit.

We have an incredible future to look forward to and after the last decade we have had, that is some prospect!
