We've had over 5 years since the referendum and we've been told repeatedly leavers "knew what they were voting for". So how come five years wasn't long enough to plan of leaving the EU? Where was the governments long term planning?Shapps again saying firms need long-term planning to replace foreign workers. Given the current UK birthrate, he must be talking about 20 years of shortages.
