He’s been fine. It’s hard to lead the line in this city team, and I remember a certain Argentinian striker was often isolated for long periods of time in games like these. Let’s see how he deals with his chances in the second half.
No need to bash him on today’s performance, he’s a talented footballer and he’s been out of form for a while, but let’s try and support him back to his best.

Whenever Pep plays a 'false 9', their job is to basically keep the centre-backs busy and if a chance falls their way that's an added bonus. It's for the good of the team yes but whoever is playing that role basically gets hung out to dry. With that in mind Raheem basically did everything we could've asked from him.

I think it says a lot about him right now that tonight wasn’t a bad performance. You’re right, he wasn’t bad but he was nowhere near good enough either.
