I'd start the same 11 as at Chelsea and play the crisp passing game we played there and against PSG. If we can't score no worries. And if they score and win no worries. Just help the tempo of our passing game going match after match until we get the goals coming easier again. This season is about transition imo. Winning the title is a bonus if the timing is right.

Liverpool are cunts no matter what the result. :-)

Exactly, Brentford were running at them and the dippers couldn't contain them.
If we play like we did there last season, i can't see us losing.

12.58 Quarantine exemption deal agreed​

The government and football authorities have agreed a deal that will allow full vaccinated players to travel to red list countries for international duty without having to quarantine on their return to the UK.

A government spokesperson said: "We have worked closely with football authorities to achieve an outcome that balances the interests of both club and country while maintaining the highest levels of public health and safety.

"Our best defence against the virus is vaccination and these new measures will allow fully vaccinated players to fulfill their international duties in the safest, most practical way possible, while allowing them to train and play with their clubs as early as possible upon their return."

I would be very tempted. They'll likely play Milner or Gomez there, and his pace would leave them for dead. Sterling's game has suffered because he's been brought inside but if you play him on the left he'd be a lot more threatening.

I reckon they won’t go something will happen why they won’t go especially if they have a chance of the league.

Klopp will ban his players from participating in AFCON, using Covid as his excuse. Wait and see.

I don't see sterling beating milner for pace the way he is playing, even at milners advanced years.
