Liam Delap | On loan at Hull City

FFS absolutely the worst time to have an injury. He is missing an amazing opportunity because of this.

don't really see him getting any minutes this season sadly, as the games only get tougher after christmas and pep's willingness to play youngsters go down. which at this point you do start to worry. People say foden was slowly introduced but by the delap's age now, foden already had around 1000 senior football minutes, delap has 130. if he doesn't play this season that gap will get bigger.

should have been loaned out

He was injured for the first 6 weeks of the season, he was going nowhere.

Also Delap isn't Foden.

Also Delap isn't Foden.
the hell does that mean? you're right, he's not foden, he's playing in a position where we have far less depth and is physically way better than foden was at that age. all the more reason why minutes for him right now were so important and sadly now will have to take a lot longer.

Being larger and stronger does not mean being physically more resilient.
