Seriously as far as I`m concerned, good luck to them and it gives another "outsider" and opportunity of joining the elite.
It took us a few years but by fuck it was well worth the wait.
No I don`t have any issues with them getting a "sugar daddy".Join the clan as all teams in any league have money pumped into it by investors.Only the wankers see it as "unreal money thats not been earned" whatever the fuck that means. ;)

I think around the time of the takeover they hated us. Similar to clubs like Villa and Everton who all wondered why they'd chosen us and not them... basically pure jealousy

But as the years have passed and we've disappeared over the horizon you hear less and less off them and I don't think they hate us more than any other fanbase do these days.... Basically its pointless them hating us
 
The premier league just got even stronger, soon, teams the quality Leicester have been will be relegation candidates. Nuts.
 
I hope it works for Newcastle but they would do well to look down at Everton for what can happen.
£536.5m in the last 5 years. Noult to show for it, they even had a manager whos won the lot.

Its going to be incredibly difficult to attract players, get them playing and all the infrastructure can take a decade to build.

She is out in the media parroting on because it takes the light away from the actual backers. The key headlines I have seen from the reports are how shes going to move the Shearer statue and welcome back Keegan. Its all a load of PR nonsense to get the fans onside and fair play to them, its going to work.

Newcastle fans are going to town (literally) to celebrate.

I have argued for years on here that if Khaldoon or Sheikh Mansour really gave a fuck about this so called bad press, they would have put a stop to it. They haven't because we have better things to be doing like winning trophies, getting huge sponsorships and pushing our revenue past all of our competitors. If the bad press was bad as people think and not just some ex rags and dippers and some bent reporters parroting information from backhanders then they would be hiring the best PR in the world, sending out legal challenges and everything in between. To put it frankly, they don't give a fuck so why should I.

Rather typically - as its Newcastle - they are expecting to be City and have the same level of development in the city for the start of next season.............. they are going to build offices ( not sure why as there are plenty of empty blocks there ) shopping centres - there is a massive one in the town and one out of town in the form of the Metrocentre - there is no end of miracles about to be performed.
