Don't forget that they passed an amendment to give MPs an annual tax free allowance to cover ''security costs'' before they slashed police staffing numbers .

I think there's enough in there to reinforce that there are other ways to attack democracy than by killing a politician.

All of this accompanied by continued mutterings about ‘unelected judges’ in Strasbourg, and ‘reforming’ the UK’s implementation of the European Human Rights Act, potentially forcing us out of the Council of Europe."

It's obvious to eyes like yours and mine.

Their media pals will be looking at ways at selling it to "protect our safety" whilst destroying any political opposition.
