As does red wankers.
We all know that gets chalked for us and rightly so.View attachment 28482View attachment 28482So that was Sky’s reporting of it at the time, all jokes about red shirts aside….why? They checked for an offside, not having that phase of play shite, the ball went backwards once, time elapsed was about 10 seconds in slow motion
He'd need to go to a mid ranked team first. Someone like Everton, utd or the Hammers. Prove himself there with a pot or a CL spot. It would be a, er, "massive" jump to go from Brighton to, say, us or Liverpool. He wouldn't know what to do with a genuinely world class team.
I get what you are saying and I’d bet a large amount on it being offside had it ended in a goal rather than a penalty.I just don’t know how that today can be considered a 2nd phase when we haven’t touched the ball and the whole thing was a single attack. If it ends up back in their half, there may be a case for it, but the ball went wide, then back all about 20 yards from our goal. A couple of passes later and it’s in our box for a pen. Offsides are the easiest thing to give with VAR now part of the game, yet somehow they have managed to fuck up a black and white decision. The exact same thing will happen in another game and offside will be given. Crazy.
We could do a lot worse than looking at Potter to replace Pep when he eventually leaves. He’s an excellent manager.
So how is a pass backwards without any city player touching the ball a second phase? No. That’s the same phase of play.
They got 3 second half goals against us last season, I couldn’t relax till Mahrez’s goal.
In your scenario, the person offside has passed the ball through to the player fouled for the penalty. So how is a pass backwards without any city player touching the ball a second phase?
We were bobbins there… and won 1-4!
Yeah but does Potter believe he can manage a top side also will players believe in him when we got through a bad spell? This is the problem giving managers like potter a top job!
I think Potter is a very good manager but managing City is a very different proposition. I think a more prestigious club than Brighton will eventually give him a try but I doubt it will be City.

Because he's never managed at anything other than mediocre/average teams and he's still relatively inexperienced. He would need more experience of managing at a higher level before he took on a world class side. Why's that?
