He's good, but a three year signing tops imo. He'll be pretty much done by then and just seeing out whatever was left of his contract.

If I held the purse strings at City, I wouldn't pay more than £70m on a max three year contract, with an option for one more year.

That said, I wouldn't go near him if we could sign Haaland instead. A big offer in January would tempt Dortmund to let him go. We should just do it.

I don't think he's playing well for England, but even if he were, I'd take a disappointing season followed by Haaland arriving on a 6 year deal rather than signing Kane for what would still be 100m+ in January to try and save it.
