Depends what authority they've given him and what he's allowed to implement, which may not be much at the Rags but they are desperate. He's a track record of building things up at Leipzig and Salzburg and he's a talented guy, no matter how much people want to automatically ridicule him just because he has a different approach to working in football and because of where he may be ending up.

The cracks have been there for a long time now. The signing of PR37 has driven a wedge into the cracks and split them wide open.

Because of the various contracts their players are on there is no way Wreck it Ralph is going to be able to make that much of a difference in 6 months. We are talking years to get them back on an even keel.
