It makes my job harder travelling 3 hours a day to the office and home.
To not have to do that makes a huge difference, can see my kid in the morning, don't have to travel to work, get to work from desk at home, music on, it's just a better way of life for me and i work better. just a shame my boss doesn't get that.

Coercion by authorities is not going to encourage people who have a distrust in authorities. This has been well established for a long time now and is the reason they weren't introduced month ago.
