Or you are reading what was written through a closed ego? But yes, there are times when I choose vanity over beauty - it can be a process of sorting the wheat from the chaff. And it can be a humbling yet pleasant surprise to realize that you’ve eating food made from chaff, whilst rejecting the wheat.
As for the second part, could you rephrase that, as am not sure where you are coming from?

Yes. Though that may have been less of what I was talking about. - but am open to the idea that growth/evolution can go through times that appear to be imbalanced in order to open to deeper equilibrium.

What I can find interesting is the relationship of resistance and balance. For example, the experience of holding onto idea that might make us feel strong but it can create a resistance that can make us more imbalanced, and in that sense weaker. In this way, one might discover that fundamentalsim of any kind - religious or other - is eventually found to be not such a great option.

The ego will basically decide whether something will feed its vanity or not. It will accept what feeds it and reject what doesn’t. This egotism may then be dressed up in the clothes of ‘science’ and claim that all true scientists support what it says - even if shown quotes of heralded scientists who are open to the idea of Divinity. So, stay closed to even the possibility of a greater intelligence if you want but here’s a thing- in choosing egoic vanity one also gets to be unaware of a deeper beauty that can inspire and enrich life in many ways. That’s a choice for each being (or not) but trying to prove that to a closed ego is a waste of time. You can enjoy being right though and live life in a way that never goes beyond skin deep. And I’m suggesting that one can’t become fully aware of a higher intelligence only through the use of the intellect - though the intellect may be used to point in that direction.
If you want a ‘really strange’ idea (I know, I know..) then maybe there can a way of coming to know that higher intelligence through a way of beauty - first form, then essence. But I can’t practice for you.

I take it you think hes Christian? Aga8n why? Why is your b99k better than sll the others? Why arent you a believer in Zeus, Ra, Horus, the multitude of Hindu gods? Why do you dismiss them? What evidence do you have they arent real? Do you believe Noah lived nesrly 1,000 years? That every animal 9n tje planet made to.the middle east to be saved? Or is you ego so overwhelming that it ignores facts and the absolute truth of our planet and where it stands, that the guy who is so intelligent created but his book.is nothing but a collection of myths that were accepted truths to men at the time? Its made up. Or if it isn't,prove it. I can prove the earth otbits the sun. Can you prove thst in the last dsys the stars will fall to earth. They look so small because they are so far away. You would think god might have inown they were stars since he obviousy created them.

I wasn’t writing about the ‘balance of nature’ theory, if that helps? But the likes of Martial arts can involve throwing people/being thrown, so an experiential understanding of balance can be quite helpful.

If there was a higher intelligence isn't it likely that trying to understand it would be as pointless as trying to teach your dog algebra.

Or you could consume all the knowledge, but like in Indiana Jones and the crystal skull it be too complex for you to process and understand and you would go mad.

More suggesting that the ego cleverness is something different from a true intelligence that is within all human beings. And that yes, there can come to be a deeper, collective understanding of each other and of life. In that way a greater respect can arise, along with tolerance and compassion…even appreciation and enjoyment.
