Dias and Ake don’t have the positional awareness that midfielders needs, it’s actually riskier going with your suggestion.

Zinchenko has played there before and understands the role.

Gundo and Bernardo have the positional intelligence to cover. Not the physicality of Rodri but I'd prefer them to Zinchenko.

Obviously everyone is guessing it's Covid related with alot of players from other clubs missing because of it too. It could be Covid or it could be an injury, Pep and the club have handled it incredibly well especially Pep in his press conferences not even getting into the conversation about it. Whatever it is all we want is Rodders to make a full recovery and be back as soon as possible.
