Joao Cancelo assaulted by 4 people in home invasion

There is definitely a gang working these areas. A few of my customers have been targeted.
These are big houses with amazing security.
I remember growing up in Gorton and people saying it was ok to rob the rich because they could afford it.
Absolute bollocks. It hurts them just as much as anybody. Not so much the valuables, more it robs you of your peace of mind.

The most worrying thing is that they are doing it when the people are at home.

It seems it is quicker and safer for them to be in and out as soon as possible.
No alarm to overcome. The owners knows where the valuables are. No security response (even police) is quick enough.

The only good thing is that they will catch them. The main reason being that they are the type who will like to brag.

What is needed is extra long sentences.
Not because they are robbing rich people. More because they are happy to do it when the people are there. Anything can go wrong and people get hurt.

Makes you wonder if this attack was planned thinking he would be away.
Even more frightening to think his family may have been alone during this.

Hope GMP get some overtime to solve this one ASAP...

My only worry now is,that because there family was targeted, his wife might demand a move, which mine certainly would as family comes first always, and he is the best full back on the planet right now, city are a great club though and look after there own,

This is what happened to Di Maria at United.

It's why the smart ones live in the City centre in managed buildings.

The players with young families prefer to have a garden.

That is a concern, think a few players have left their clubs after this sort of incident

Salford and Wythenshawe always doing homes over and stealing cars let's not pretend Manchester is any better.
Manchester is worse for crime than Liverpool.

Manchester has the highest crime index at 56.34, compared to Liverpool at 44.50, meaning that you are more likely to be a victim of crime in Manchester

Manchester has a higher crime rate per head of population than London (Mcr 97.3 per thousand; Ldn 82.9 per thousand). With only Middlesborough and those small run-down towns in West Yorkshire being higher, but they have much smaller populations.

Unfortunately, Manchester has been top of the league for burglaries for years:
2009

2019

When I first saw the fixtures, two trips to London barely 48 hours apart and first up on NYD, I thought we had been fucked about on purpose. Indirectly this incident has given them the result they wanted before a ball is kicked.

Good job its not Merseyside Police we’d be relying on…

I imagine the previous company were ‘made an offer they couldn’t refuse’…
Everyone in south Manchester knows Stopfordian is a protection racket operating in plain sight. Similar to the likes of Massey and Noonan operating ‘security companies’
And they’re not even offering a great deal of protection, looking at this latest incident
When Billy was a kid, walking the streets,
The other kids hid - so they did!
Now, after working hard in security trade, he's got it made.
The shops that need aid are those that haven't paid.

The MO hi can we protect your house no thanks I am ok burglaries are low round here
No problem Sir
A couple of weeks and burglaries later guess who is knocking again

According to the BBC article "Man City full back says he was injured in robbery." They even manage to shoehorn his transfer fee in there as well. Disgraceful.
Underlined and in bold font, even mention how his mum died when he was 18 WTF. Scumbags

Bet one is Dewsbury. Lived a few miles from there and I’ve never seen a town like it.

Not so sure mate, near me in Hale and Alty, certainly down Stamford Road, Park Road, Bucklow View, all the way to Bowdon Church, West Valley security seems to have 90 per cent of the homes judging my the signs outside.
West Valley Security is just another of the same people’s trading names. Its just Stopfordian under another banner

Have a look at the stopfordian links to that company perhaps :(
