Come up from Bristol for the game, is this def gonna go ahead with the outbreak?

Next Saturday so we should be good to go hopefully.

I imagine so. Seems most players tested positive tuesday/wednesday. If they're vaccinated they should be able to return after 6-7 days if they return a negative test, which would allow them a few days of training before the game.
 
They need to win so be interesting how Chelsea approach this. Don't know if their usual 10 men behind the ball counter attack tactics will work. C'mon City.
 
May be worth noting that both Thiago silva and Kante (arguably their 2 best players) tested positive for covid. Not sure when they’re back though

Chelsea without Kante are a lot more vulnerable. Silva is a decent player, but Kante will be the bigger miss if he can't play. I think Christiansen is a doubt, sure I read he has a hamstring injury.
 
Win this and i think the league is won. Chelsea are playing non league opposition today at home so can probably get away with resting their entire first 11, that, coupled with our covid hit team could make next week's game a difficult one for us, which is why I stand by my first sentence.

Edit... Forgot they play spurs away mid week but its likely that tie is already done.

A back injury I think for Christensen. I think Chalabah has a hamstring injury
 
Isn’t isolation now down to 7 days? In which case the players missing last night and Pep will be available?

really as long as Ederson can play we could manage ok as long as others don’t go down with it

Only if they have a negative test on day 6 and day 7 as far as I'm aware and they have to be double jabbed and asymptomatic.

Otherwise it's 10 days for double jabbed, unless they test negative on day 7 & 8 or day 8 & 9.

For unvaccinated it's still 14 days.
 
We have a better squad of players, better manager and in better form.
There is only one outcome.
