The Labour Party

When the torygraphy are bigging up a labour MP already known to be very much on the furthest right of the party, you know the labour party has abandoned it's core ideals and soul

New labour 2.0 in full swing

Rayner sat there next to Starmer at PMQs today chewing gum! Mr speaker should have given her a clip round the ear and told her to go and spit it out like a naughty schoolgirl, the Vicky Pollard of politics

Champagne socialist joins party reboot of champagne socialists.
I might be mistaken, and I have no desire to search for any previous, but he only seems to have developed a political conscience since the pandemic began ..... and his business interests were threatened.

Will be interesting to see what happens in the inevitable by-election in Birmingham Erdington following the sad passing of Jack Dromey. It’s a fairly secure Labour seat, but the Conservatives narrowed the majority in 2019. Labour will of course want a thumping win. It’s Labour’s decision when it’ll be held, but I would think in the current climate that they’d want it before the local elections in May,

Yeah, I’m the same. Fair play to the red twat and at least he won’t sit on the fence.
Its not like he needs this. He has fame and fortune and a career on TV for as long as he wants it. So fair play because its easy for him to leave this to others.

Same with Hugh Grant. Cant stand his films but tend to agree with him as well with the campaigning he does. He doesnt need to do it - in fact i'm sure his career is better served if he doesn't.

There's nothing noble about this move. It's just a desire for power, nothing more.

He was a successful professional football player and with that comes a competitive nature. Now instead of football he sees his new 'competition' as gaining more power and influence to further his ego and business interests.

Really?

Lets assume he makes it all the way to being the MP for Bury. How much power and money is that going to give him and in comparsion to what he already has? If he wanted to make more money out of property he would have joined the tories!

Did he tell you that himself?
