Harvest is still one of my most played albums on Spotify. Not overly fussed about it as I’ve got Apple Music free for six months anyway.
 
The World Health Organization (WHO) has sided with veteran rocker Neil Young in his stand-off with podcaster Joe Rogan and streaming giant Spotify over what Young says is misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines.

WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus today backed the musician, stressing "we all have a role to play to end this pandemic and infodemic".

"@NeilYoungNYA, thanks for standing up against misinformation and inaccuracies around #COVID19 vaccination," Mr Ghebreyesus tweeted.

"Public and private sector, in particular #socialmedia platforms, media, individuals — we all have a role to play to end this pandemic and infodemic."

On Wednesday, Young thanked his record label for "standing with me in my decision to pull all my music from Spotify", and encouraged other musicians to do the same.

"Spotify has become the home of life-threatening COVID misinformation," he said on his website.

Never heard of Rogan before this, but never been in spotify. Prefer the old wax records.

I have always found that those with shit loads of money are more likely to forfeit a very small amount of money on principal. Anyhow my Spotify liked songs haven’t been affected one iota by the vanilla ones stance.

I have no clue who the other guy is.

I'll bet Young is the first one to scream 'free speech'.

I don't give a shit about what Rogan says and I don't particularly like Peterson, however I know Rogan will have on people he finds interesting to his mind and doesn't have people on for ratings.

So, by that very definition, he's not an 'influencer' as that's not his game. He's made his money, he doesn't care who listens. He has on left and right politicians, traditional and controversial scientists, atheists and spiritualists.

Many of you swallow the MSM narrative cos it's easier. He doesn't offer out advice or opinion to the audience. He has an opinion with his guests or something he done for himself. That's it. How many millions of people have gone out hunting moose and elk now?!!

Whose problem is it if someone chooses to go out of their way to wait for Rogan's show to come on and listen?

Get a grip.
