Politician who is out of touch with reality is potential Tory leader. In other news; water is wet.
Reminds me of this:Surely she could just get an Uber? Once again the Tory bitch lords it over us while kids starve.
Whenever I hear the name Liz Truss I always think it's someone who should be tied up!Politician who is out of touch with reality is potential Tory leader. In other news; water is wet.
Ah, but these are a certain kind of people, didn't Sir Nicholas Winterton tell us some time ago!. . . . . . . . . . .
I personally think her extravagant use of tax payers money with scant regard for anybody but herself is unacceptable but what does everybody else think?
**NERD ALERT**Politician who is out of touch with reality is potential Tory leader. In other news; water is wet.
She is deffo, if we don't get beyond the second post before she's called. Is a ****?
I like this game ;)
If water isn't wet, how does it make stuff wet when itself isn't!**NERD ALERT**
Water isn't wet. The thing it covers is wet, but water isn't.
When an object comes in contact with water, water molecules cling to the surface of the object rather than sticking to themselves, making the object wet.If water isn't wet, how does it make stuff wet when itself isn't!
But if yer get a pot towel and wipe up the water and dry the thing off, the water or wetness has gone, and it's no longer wet so wasn't the water bringing the wetness. (I never did like physics!)When an object comes in contact with water, water molecules cling to the surface of the object rather than sticking to themselves, making the object wet.
The water does bring the wetness, but it is not wet by itself. But if yer get a pot towel and wipe up the water and dry the thing off, the water or wetness has gone, and it's no longer wet so wasn't the water bringing the wetness. (I never did like physics!)
Am I right in thinking that if yer had water sloshing about in a vacuum, not coming into contact with anything, then there'd be no 'wetness'?The water does bring the wetness, but it is not wet by itself.
Correct!Am I right in thinking that if yer had water sloshing about in a vacuum, not coming into contact with anything, then there'd be no 'wetness'?
£500k is actually not bad because she didn't go on her own don't forget and they're already paying Titan Airways to lease the aircraft anyway so it makes sense to use it.I think they mean a scheduled flight, say using BA or QANTAS.
On which she could have flown 1st class for £13,391
I don't have a problem with it, i was just stating the scheduled rather than charter cost and yes it is all part of the cost of Government. It just looks bad when you consider the economy is not great.£500k is actually not bad because she didn't go on her own don't forget and they're already paying Titan Airways to lease the aircraft anyway so it makes sense to use it.
She probably took a team of people and for 10-30 people in the government and civil service that would easily go to well over £100k.... This is all unless the UK government decided to travel on a foreign airline in economy which seems unlikely. With the expenses they all get I don't think even the hardest within Labour would stoop that low.
I'm not excusing anything, this is just an example of the kind of eyewatering money wasting that occurs with every government. It's why we're all paying for the mortgages on their second houses in London and beyond.
I knowwwww!She’s a comedy genius
