She was rushed forward when the incumbent,Jonathan Sayeed, took ill and stood down close to the 2005 election. Her working class credentials were arguably of secondary importance to her gender as Central Office wanted to up its number of women MPs.

And the good people of Central Bedfordshire can ponder their actions as they pay increased NI contributions - as their food shop is impacted by 7%+ inflation - rampant utility bills increases and like as not increased Mortgage or rent costs
- its called buyers remorse

I am sure she can't be pissed at that time of day so one has to assume she has something wrong with her - the approach to being interviewed is just beyond bizarre
 
she has given another interview where she claimed that all the MP's putting letters in were Remainers trying to get Johnson ( of course thats all they have got - they can't deny it happened so drag the carcass back onto Brexit territory) It was pointed out to her that Bridgen is a Brexit advocate still - Davis was Brexit Secretary and Aaron Bell in his letter to the 22 advocated staunch support for Brexit still just not for Johnson - her response was " I don't think so " - she is completely unhinged

Thick as pigshit, This is the woman that went on the Chase and only raised a £1000 for Charity. Got paid nearly £4'000 appearance fee and kept it. Most donate their fee.
 
Bit of a dilemma for Johnson. She’s clearly the one that’s prepared to go over the top and face the fire in support of him, while many of her colleagues make their excuses, yet her appearances are becoming so increasingly embarrassing that her support is instead becoming a liability. However, if he suddenly gags her, then that will be construed as him having lost all faith in her. That’s the problem with ‘boycotting‘ the Winter Olympics, he has to keep her in the U.K. when she could have easily been packed off to Beijing for a few weeks. I mean, what harm could she possibly have done there?…
