Someone mentioned a few months back to give Pep a 5 year £100 million contract...............I'd add to that he can have a sabatical for any year during those 5 years as long as he gives the club notice...........so that means he is getting a year off for £20 million doing nothing or getting £25 million a year............like others, I do fear the day he goes................I don't think it's about the money now for him; he's rich enough - it's about challenging himself and he's made no secret that he'd like to manage and international team - England ??
