maybe it will reopen some day. I never went.

I used to go in the parkside and the Sherwood at maine rd. I was easily pleased then. I'd get a buzz just walking to Maine Rd to buy a ticket on a none-match day. All those times we queued up for FA Cup tickets and every time we'd get knocked out in the quarter finals.

I reckon the police and those behind the Metorlink will say no to that.

was a ok pub, very run down

Hmmm they're looking good at the right time. This could be a serious challenge to us. They've survived the Afcon and are coming out of it probably stronger.

If they were to win this season it will be "the greatest ever ever" considering all the hype there's been about city running away with it.

It's going to be a tough one this year, I think we're underdogs tbh. They've got the momentum, they've got the belief, theyre getting the luck. Especially from VAR.

And VAR has to play its part in our game against them, and as everyone knows VAR decisions between City and Liverpool ALWAYS, absolutely ALWAYS, go liverpool's way.

You’re a fucking lunatic if you think we’re the underdogs

I expect PiGMOL will put their big guns out on the pitch and in VAR to assist them when we play the bastards.

Ok but we'll see. We lose any points and the nerves start. And lfc are full of confidence right now.
All your points are valid bar the underdogs comment, how can the seasons favourites to win the league, who are 6 points clear at this stage be then classed as underdogs.

We have just put a 12 win streak together before the Southampton draw, you think that draw will have shattered our confidence?

It won't be long before talk of the (proper) quadruple starts on RAWK, and then spreads to the Scouse loving football media.

They were similarly on a good run and momentum (8 wins in a row) before they dropped points in 3 consecutive PL games against Tottenham, Leicester and Chelsea in December.

They have a spell of 4 games in 10 days (Feb 10 till Feb 19). If they win all 3 PL games during the period, then it's squeaky bum time.

Not really sure about that!!!
In pole position, nice little cushion, deeper better squad, all round and the experience of been there, seen it, done it.
Even when we won it, we ddint go on winning runs like you guys have done a few times.
As for VAR, maybre not ALWAYS, I still question Kompanys tackle of Salah, but other than that, perhaps 99% of the time!
Not quite Devon Locke, but it would take something comparable for you to not win it this season.
